If, for ANY reason, you are not pleased with the product you received, let us know immediately via phone or email within 7 DAYS of the receipt and return the item in its original condition within 14 DAYS of the receipt for a full refund, less $20 shipping & handling charge. If the product was not damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, you are responsible for all shipping charges. If you have a return to make, please call or e-mail customer service at 213-427-1600 or SUPPORT@HANSMUSIC.COM first. Our friendly customer service representative will give you a Return Authorization Number with an instruction for return. Once a return package arrives at our warehouse, we will issue you a FULL REFUND of the purchase price.
*We cannot give you a refund if the item is not in complete, original condition, or passed refundable period.
Shipping Information
All orders, if payment is received by 3:00 pm PT, are shipped the same day except on the weekends and holidays. All items are shipped via UPS Ground. *Please note that UPS does NOT ship to a P.O. BOX, so please provide us a valid street address for shipping.
Typical transit time is about 1-5 business days depend on where the package is going to. We will email you a tracking number with an expected arrival date as soon as the package leaves.
The provided FREE shipping rates are applied for the 48 continental states only. Other residents including AK, HI, PR, and international addresses, please contact us with full address prior to purchasing for shipping quote.
